That is exactly what we want to be - a link and a central core to connect church leaders through training events, support and networking. Leadership Nexus Foundation exists as a way for local churches, church leaders  and Christian organizations seeking excellence in doing the work of the kingdom of God to find the resources, training and ideas to be more effective and more innovative in doing the work of the Kingdom of God.
 

Leadership Nexus Foundation was founded in 2007 by Dr. and Mrs. Pierson who, after retiring from their 37th year of ministry at Christ United Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, felt called to use their vast experience and talents to provide training and resources for the Church.

Leadership Nexus Foundation exists to help the Church be more effective in proclaiming the Gospel to the world.  Over the last few years, churches have struggled in many ways such as budgets, attendance, and outreach in today's current culture, to name a few, but the valuable training provided by Leadership Nexus continues to impact lives for Christ.

We are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We welcome your comments and suggestions because if we are to be that means of connection, we need to hear from you what your needs are in your church or ministry. We look forward to hearing from you!

Leadership Nexus Foundation offers a variety of training avenues for pastors, church staff, and Christian leaders as well as valuable resources we feel are especially helpful.

• Conferences: We believe in the power of peer learning and networking together as one of the means of learning how to be effective. Our training events include networking, discussions, and informal conversations that often afford as much insight and learning as the speakers and workshop leaders.
• eNewsletters: We try in our newsletters to bring not only news of events and opportunities but also nuggets of helpful wisdom from our experience and/or the experiences of others.
